About 39 km by road, roughly 106 minutes by car on our routing. The road branches off the Joginder Nagar to Mandi highway at Ghatasani and is mostly a single lane through terraced fields and cedar forest, so allow more than the routed time, and avoid driving it after dark.

Bhuntar airport near Kullu, about 95 km away and roughly 218 minutes by road, or Kangra Airport at Gaggal. Joginder Nagar is the nearest railway station. From Mandi the road is 63 km and about 153 minutes, so most visitors come by road from Joginder Nagar or Mandi.
