How returns and refunds work for purchases made through HimLocal. Every order is sold by an independent vendor, so ALWAYS check the exact return policy shown on that vendor's product or store page — the vendor's own policy governs your order.

HimLocal is a technology platform that helps you discover independent local businesses across the Himalayas. Every order is sold and fulfilled by the vendor you buy from. The vendor receives your payment directly and is the seller of record under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Returns, replacements and refunds are therefore handled by that vendor, under the return policy published on their own store page — not by HimLocal. HimLocal does not take custody of your payment and is not the seller.
