Three deities hold the panel: Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra, drawn in the Pattachitra idiom of Odisha. The figures sit within bright colours and the fine, repeating folk patterns that the tradition is known for, and the whole work is done by hand.

The colours come from natural mineral pigments, applied with brushes made of fine animal hair, which is what allows the close detailing across a surface measuring 30 × 20 inches. Each piece is painted by a master artisan, so small variations between one painting and the next are part of the form.

The scale suits a wall, a pooja room or a temple space, and it works as a gift.
