The Pahadi topi is part of everyday and ceremonial dress across the Western Himalayas, and this one follows the familiar colour scheme: a deep forest green body, a soft cream crown, and a traditional orange border running along the front. It is handwoven from wool by artisans working in the Himachali handloom tradition of Himachal Pradesh, using hand weaving techniques carried forward through generations.

The cap measures roughly 19 to 20 cm across and 8 to 9 cm high, with a head circumference of about 56 to 58 cm for a standard adult fit. Being handmade, small variations from piece to piece are normal. Wool keeps it warm and breathable, and the stitching is finished to hold up to regular wear at festivals, weddings, traditional ceremonies and folk performances, or alongside modern ethnic clothing.
