Stay & food

  • 🏕 Base camp: Lady Leg (~3,900 m), reached via Bakarthach
  • 🛏 Stay: Two nights at Bakarthach and two at Lady Leg base camp, in twin-share alpine tents on snow or moraine. Sleeping bags rated to −15 °C and insulated mats are standard for the base-camp nights. No huts, homestays or permanent shelter anywhere above Dhundi.
  • 🍲 Food: All meals cooked on trek by the operator's crew — vegetarian, high-carbohydrate, with hot drinks at every halt and soup at altitude. Summit day runs on an early breakfast plus packed rations; there is nowhere to buy anything above Solang, so bring your own snacks for the climb.
