HimLocal ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and their network of courier partners.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it through:

  • Tracking link sent via email and SMS
  • Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
  • Courier partner's website using the AWB number

Tracking information may take 12-24 hours to update after the order is shipped.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000 at select pin codes.

  • COD handling fee: ₹49 (added at checkout)
  • Please keep exact change ready for delivery
  • Digital payments (UPI/Card) may be available at delivery in some locations

🔒 COD Verification

For first-time COD orders, we may call to verify your order and address before dispatch.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times:

  • You will receive SMS/call notification for re-delivery scheduling
  • You can request delivery to an alternate address
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed after return
  • Shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • International addresses
  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Areas with restricted courier access

Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or contents. These will be displayed on the product page.

10. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Take photos/video of the damaged package before opening
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Contact us at support@himlocal.com with order details and images
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as applicable

11. Special Handling

Certain products require special handling and may have different delivery timelines:

  • Large Equipment: Treadmills, gym equipment - 7-14 business days
  • Custom Products: Personalized items - additional 3-5 days for customization
  • Pre-order Items: Delivery date mentioned on product page
