We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. No questions asked!
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Item returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Product has manufacturing defect or is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
✗ Not Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Products with removed tags or missing packaging
- Innerwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse
2. Return Process
Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Return" and select reason
Request Approval
Our team will review and approve your request within 24-48 hours. You'll receive email confirmation.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient pickup date. Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep.
Quality Check
Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the product (2-3 business days).
Refund Initiated
After successful QC, refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please pack the item securely in the original packaging if available. Include all accessories, freebies, and invoice copy.
3. Refund Options

4. Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product price (minus any discounts applied)
- GST/taxes paid on the product
Your refund will NOT include:
- Original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- COD handling charges
- Gift wrapping charges
- Convenience fees
Full Refund Policy
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we'll refund the complete amount including shipping charges.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability):
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Original product must be unused and in original condition
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If exchanged product has price difference, you may need to pay extra or receive partial refund
- One exchange per order is allowed
Process: Initiate exchange → We pick up original item → Ship new item after pickup verification
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped for a full refund.
- Go to "My Orders" → Select order → Click "Cancel"
- Refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method
- Prepaid orders: Refund in 3-5 business days
After Shipment:
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving.
- If you refuse delivery, package will be returned to us
- Refund will be processed after we receive the returned package
- Return shipping charges may be deducted for prepaid orders
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 24-48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the damage
- Keep the original packaging for pickup
We will:
- Send a replacement (preferred) at no extra cost, OR
- Process a full refund including shipping charges
- Arrange free pickup of the damaged item

The following product categories cannot be returned (except if defective):

Sale Items
- • Products marked "Final Sale"
- • Clearance items
- • Items with 50%+ discount
- • Bundle deals (partial return not allowed)
9. Self-Ship Returns
If pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the return:
- Ship to our return center address (provided in approval email)
- Use a reputable courier with tracking
- Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed
- Return shipping cost up to ₹100 will be reimbursed after QC approval

The return address will be provided in your return approval email. Please do not ship without an approved return request.
10. Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranty:
- Warranty period and terms are mentioned on the product page
- Contact manufacturer directly for warranty service
- Keep original invoice for warranty claims
- We can assist in connecting you with the manufacturer
11. Return Rejection
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product shows signs of use, wear, or washing
- Tags removed or packaging damaged
- Product returned is different from what was ordered
- Return initiated after 7-day window
- Product falls under non-returnable category
If rejected, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
